The space Beach house 4 „ Oie“ The beach house „Oie “is a holiday paradise with a proud 220 m² of living space, spread over two levels. You will find 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, your very own sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious living area with fireplace. The huge sun terrace to the south with a beach chair and cozy seating area invites you to relax and unwind. The living and dining area of your holiday home with the sea right outside the front door is located on the ground floor and is equipped with elegant sofas, high-quality real wood furniture, a large-sized UHD smart TV and a large dining table where the whole family can comfortably accommodate. The fireplace ensures romance and cozy hours, not only in the cooler season. Pure Elaganz also exudes a large integrated kitchenette with high-gloss surfaces and freestanding cooking island. With an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small inventory, it will surely make any home cook's heart beat faster. On the ground floor you will also find your own sauna area with walk-in shower and toilet. A staircase higher awaits your three elegant bedrooms, each with its own TV and enough storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with exclusive double box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a continuous topper, the third with two single box spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The two bedrooms with the double beds each have an exclusive en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the luxury of looking out of the bathroom to the sea! One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large shower, a double vanity and a freestanding bathtub with sea views. The other bathroom has a shower and of course a double vanity. Good to know: There are 2 parking spaces available to you free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge. washer/dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The beach house„Oie “ can be booked for up to 6 people. 1 well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior registration and for a fee. Please note that barbecuing of any kind is not allowed due to the thatched roof.  Charging of electronic vehicles or hybrids is prohibited here. In addition to the magnificent sea views and direct access to the beach, this also includes spacious sun terraces with beach chairs and private saunas in the house. The former fishing village of Lobbe is located in the middle of the Southeast Rügen biosphere reserve on the Mönchgut peninsula. This region, marked by the last ice age, enchants with endless sandy beaches, green salt marshes, gentle hills, dense reeds, varied coastlines, old fishermen's houses and idyllic harbours. Ideal for cycling, hiking, walking, jogging and all kinds of water sports. Within walking distance of the "beach houses Lobbe" you can reach shops and restaurants. There is two parking space available per house per house. If you want to take a break from your mobile base, you can easily reach the neighboring seaside resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, Binz, Thiessow and all other points of the island by public transport from Lobbe.
