The property is very private and ideal for a relaxing stay. This ancient country estate has been recently renovated into a spacious and comfortable villa. The private pool is located in front of the house. The entrance opens to the dining room and kitchen, as well as to a rear patio where the barbecue area is set. On the right, you’ll find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left is the main living room and a corridor that leads upstairs to a large bedroom with a private lounge area and a bathroom. Back in the entrance hall, another staircase leads to two more spacious bedrooms. One features a private bathroom and terrace; the other two share a bathroom and include a sitting area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and furnished with two single beds. Central heating is available upon request at a cost of €1.10 per liter. This charge will be calculated at the end of the stay based on meter reading.
