Detached house with a large heated jacuzzi in a glazed garden cabin, on the outskirts of Oviedo (4.5 km), with a small seasonal pool. This is a family home: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Mountain views and hiking routes right from the house. It has barbecues, a fully equipped gym with TV and sauna, a trampoline, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of games and video games. Equipped like what it truly is: our own home. Well-behaved pets that already live together are welcome (Fully fenced grounds). The space The house is 4.5 km from Oviedo and 25/30 km from the nearest beaches, with fabulous mountain views. It is fully fenced and truly well equipped, because it is our own home for much of the year: you only need to bring your clothes. There are towels, bathrobes, bed linen and household linen... THE JEWEL OF THE HOUSE: a large outdoor hot-water jacuzzi for 3-4 people inside a glazed cabin, with the same mountain views. Just as enjoyable in August as in January. ALSO: · Fully equipped gym with sauna and TV. · Seasonal pool (4.5 m). · Stone/charcoal and gas barbecues, ice machine. · Trampoline, swing and children's playhouse. · Board games, toys, darts, game consoles (PS4 VR, PS3 and Wii with lots of games), karaoke and crafts: soaps, baking, jewellery and bows. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Two 150 cm beds, one 135 cm, two 90 cm and two 80 cm. TVs with Netflix, HBO Max, Movistar and Prime in every room (including the gym, kitchen and main bathroom). Fibre-optic Wi-Fi with repeaters and smart TV or Fire Stick on every television. Echo Alexa devices in all rooms. KITCHEN: with food processor, super-automatic coffee machine and Nespresso. SUSTAINABLE HOUSE: solar panels for water and electricity, gas and pellet (biomass) heating, and a traditional fireplace with cassette insert. Low-impact holidays. It's a rural area: there are no supermarkets, bars or practically anything within walking distance, so a car is essential. NO EVENTS or parties, beyond family celebrations or similar, with a limit of 10-12 people. No stag or hen parties, and although the house is isolated, good relations with the nearest houses must be respected, avoiding noise at night and keeping a reasonable level during the day. There are OUTDOOR quiet hours from 10 p.m. Strictly NON-SMOKING (smoking is allowed in the garden). The pool has no fence or locking gate, and there are elevated areas accessible on foot without railings. License VV. 1913. AS. Guest access The fully fenced garden is the heart of the house. In it you'll find two cabins: a glazed one with a large hot-water jacuzzi — open in summer and enclosed in winter, so you can enjoy it day or night all year round — and a smaller one full of children's toys. Rounding it off are a swing, a fun trampoline, and two barbecues (stone and gas). Inside, there's everything you need to enjoy without leaving home: a spacious gym, reading corners, and plenty of games and toys: board games, a dartboard, PlayStation 4VR, PS 3 and a Wii with lots of titles, Karaoke and even materials for making soaps, baking, jewellery and bows. The house is rented in full, just for you. Other things to note The house is very self-sufficient and sustainable: solar panels for water and electricity, gas and pellet (biomass) heating, and a traditional fireplace with cassette insert, for a low-impact, eco-friendly holiday. Free street parking right next to the property, with space for several cars in a very safe area. There is a garage, but it's full of sun loungers, chairs and the like, so only bikes or similar will fit. As in hotels, Spanish regulations require us to register all guests in the Ministry of the Interior's guest-registration system (Hospederías). We'll need the ID or passport details of each guest on arrival; if you can't provide them, we won't be able to host you. As a house policy, we don't host local residents from the area.
