This is a beautiful and spacious drawing room flat with 1 bedroom ( bed is king sized and can be split into 2 single beds) on the 1st floor of a Victorian house located in the Grange area of Edinburgh with stunning views. With traditional features and modern appliances this apartment is a home from home. There is free on street parking and a private garden for guest's use. Its a pleasant walk to city centre and there is an excellent bus service to the city centre just outside the apartment. The space This is a beautiful, spacious and bright drawing room flat, on the first floor of a converted Victorian house. Recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard, retaining many period features including the Victorian staircase, cornicing and original marble fireplaces. There are open views across to Arthur's Seat, a famous Edinburgh landmark. The master bedroom has a king sized bed which can be split into 2 single beds and walk in wardrobe. It also benefits from a balcony where guests can sit our and enjoy the afternoon/ evening sun. A travel cot is also available for babies and toddlers. The Drawing Room has a television,DAB radio, free secure wifi, and a bluetooth speaker available for guests' entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven,microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, all crockery cutlery & utensils. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower. The property has gas central heating with a combi boiler which provides 24 hour hot water. There is a private garden with garden furniture outside the apartment for guests to enjoy. Guests can benefit from free parking (a real asset in Edinburgh!). Please note that an obligatory 5% Tourist Levy will be applied to bookings dated on and after 24 July 2026 made after the 1 October 2025. The levy is applied to the first 5 days of any stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and a private garden with Garden Furniture Other things to note The apartment is up a flight of stairs so not suitable for guests in a wheelchair
