This highly exclusive, lovingly furnished apartment with loft character in the heart of Cologne has 2 bedrooms with a large double bed & a high-quality sofa bed in the living room to feel good. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, etc. A guest toilet & tastefully designed bathroom with bathtub and large shower complete the living experience. NO PARTY GUESTS! Elevator from mezzanine. The space Lovingly furnished, our apartment is a quiet retreat in the bustling city of Cologne. If you need a bed or high chair for your baby, please let us know before arrival. Mattresses can be turned over: there is a soft and a hard side. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate PARTY GUESTS (due to very bad experiences)! Please note before booking: - There is NO air conditioning, only floor fans. - There are no special features that are not shown in the pictures (e.g. pool, barbecue area, garden, parking lot, etc.). - The windows in the bedrooms cannot be opened, it may be a bit stuffy on hot summer nights if you want to leave the bedroom doors closed. - The apartment is NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE APARTMENT. It may happen that, for example, some dust can be found under the beds or sofas. We clean our apartments very carefully after each guest, but it is in the nature of things that sometimes some dust remains or settles again. If you suffer from severe allergies or phobias, please take this into account when booking. - But if you are looking for absolute peace, this is probably not the place to be. With a closed, well-insulated window, you can hide the lively pulse of the city quite well, but you probably can't always turn it off completely. The tram leaves almost in front of the door (practical, but not silent) and also a road on which cars drive is located at the front of the house (bedroom side). Please take this into account when booking. Guest access The apartment is occupied exclusively by you. ATTENTION: The elevator only runs from the mezzanine, i.e. there are some stairs in between! Other things to note Important: Please monitor the political situation regarding travel restrictions and tourist accommodation arrangements so that you may be able to respond in time to change/cancel the reservation, etc. Other information: Unfortunately, we do not accommodate PARTY GUESTS (due to very bad experiences)! In the middle of the city center, of course, there is a lot going on on the weekend. It can also be a bit louder. Our apartment is relatively well soundproofed, so you don't notice much of the busy surroundings when the windows are closed.
