Apartment 1 - 45m2+16m2 seaview terrace

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and four-legged friends. Additional costs for pets: less than 5kg 10€/night more than 5kg 15€/night. The space This beautiful apartment is located next to the first apartment on the first floor and the two of them are identical. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, bathroom (towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer provided), a kitchen (with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs), living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi internet. A large terrace with electrical awning for shade offers a magnificent view of the bay and the island Košljun. Parking provided. BREAKFAST BASKETS Our breakfast basket à la carte is 100% Croatian products and 80% of the products are locals from 3 islands: Island of Krk, Island of Rab Island, Island of Prvić. We delivered the breakfast basket to you apartment on the morning at the time you choose. PETS FEES Pets are allowed. The fee for having a pet during your stay is 20 euros per night per pet. Only one pet is accepted. Only dogs and cats are allowed in apartments any other animal will be refused. Cats must come with their cat crates and kennels. Pets must not be left alone in the accommodation without their owner. Pets do not have access to the swimming pool area. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is located in a very well planted garden with fragrance and flowers. The swimming pool is shared by our 5 apartments and one studio. Our guests are using the pool very differently so every ones always find a time to be quiet by the pool. You can admire the sunset on the sea from the pool. Our swimming pool is heated 28/29 degrees using salt as a natural treatment. Our swimming pool is open and heated from beginning of april until end of october. BIKE STORAGE With the 5 apartments you will have a bike storage which has 4 plugs inside to recharge e-scooters, e-bikes or any other device. The bike storage has a lock and can hold up to 4/5 bikes. We do not provide bikes but we can give you a contact of rent a bike. Basement Studio does not have bike storage. Guest access After the marina take the first road on the right.
