Casually furnished house with plenty of space for families on the high shore of Scharbeutz, a stone's throw away from the most beautiful part of the Baltic Sea beach, where you have your own beach chair. This place is created to offer you a large and beautifully furnished space close to the water. In addition, we have all rooms open, bright and designed with a lot of love. THE ROOM kitchen, living, terrace Scandinavian style and a little '60s meet in the living room and invite all guests to cook, eat, play, listen to music and hang out relaxed on the large lounge sofa, sometimes out in the sun. Large bedroom with balcony (second floor) On the first floor there is a relaxed retreat for parents and couples, with large balcony and beautiful views to the Baltic Sea ("small Baltic Sea view"). Large bed (180*200) …and 4k TV. Children's room (1st floor) Larger and smaller children should feel comfortable, play and have fun in the bright room, but of course can also relax well. The two beds (90*190) can be separated or put together. On the small terrace, the sun can be seen in summer in the evening (for smaller children, the terrace door can also be locked). Bedroom (ground floor) On the ground floor there is another bedroom (bed 160*200) if you already have big children or the grandparents come by. Slightly smaller but designed with a lot of love. The two shower rooms On the ground floor, as well as on the first floor, there is a new shower room available, which get beautiful natural light via a skylight. Both bathrooms are set up equally with large shower area and rain shower, toilet and washing area. Closet and dressing room (2nd floor) On the first floor, between children's room and large bedroom, there is enough space in the open closet and you can try the perfect holiday outfit in peace. Laundry room In the laundry room you will find a Miele washing machine and a Bosch dryer. The laundry can also be hung well in the garden. ................................................................... Other things to note The property has two levels (ground floor + upper floor) as well as a basement. The stairs do not have stair gates for very small children. Please request for a maximum of 4 adults + children. The costs for the final cleaning include the cleaning of the linens and towel sets that are provided to each guest as well as the cleaning of the bathrooms, vacuuming/dusting in all rooms after the stay.
