The space Apartment 11   Apartment 11 is a 52 m², comfortably furnished 2-room apartment and awaits you on the 2nd floor of the villa "Strandidyll." Completely renovated in 2008, it impresses above all with its large loggia, which offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. A second balcony, which can be entered from the bedroom, completes the tasteful impression of your vacation home. Both balconies together allow you to enjoy the sun all day. The bright and friendly furnished living room has a large dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. From the living room you can access the large furnished loggia and there overlooking the sea and the hustle and bustle on the car-free beach promenade and enjoy the time. The whole apartment is equipped with floor tiles in warm natural tones. The wall tiles in the kitchen and bathroom were originally made for this apartment by the well-known ceramist Kathrin Grünke. On the walls, watercolors by the Rügen painters H. Petrick, W. Goes, Ch. Rosenow to discover, marvel and rejoice. Your cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet and has direct access to the balcony. The high-quality built-in kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the entrance area with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and various small inventory. In the modern tiled bathroom, in addition to a spacious shower with glass door, you will also find a towel warmer and hairdryer. A Wi-Fi connection, a free car parking space in the courtyard of the villa and a storage room for bicycles are also available. Villa Strandidyll is a villa built around 1900 in the style of bathing architecture and lovingly renovated in 1996, which is located directly on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The kilometer-long beautiful sandy beach can be reached via the directly adjacent beach access. The balconies of Villa Strandidyll offer a fantastic sea view. The famous Binz pier and the town center are within walking distance.
