Individually designed house with own garden and Mediterranean flair, ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. The house is located between Lake Plauer and the Müritz. A small swimming lake is in walking distance! The space Welcome to your vacation home in five lakes in the district of Satow. We have newly built the house in 2016 and furnished and designed it with a lot of love for detail, as we imagine the perfect country vacation. The house is about 60 square meters (60 square meters) and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m wide). The sofa in the living room can be quickly converted into a cozy bed with spring mattress (1,40 m wide). Satow/ Fünfseen is a tranquil village located between the towns of Malchow (about 13 km) and Plau am See (about 15 km). The house is located on the outskirts. The place is surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lakes. In the village there is an old field stone church that is idyllically located on the Hofsee. The swimming area of the lake is within walking distance. The enclosed garden is made of a lawn, a paved sun roundel (with sun loungers) and is landscaped with flowers, shrubs and natural field stones. The garden and terrace offers you peace and privacy. From the garden you can reach the spacious, covered and windproof terrace. Here you can also linger with a glass of wine regardless of the weather. From the terrace you enter directly into the house with its open and light-filled living and dining area. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy the flames in the tile stove during the cold season. However, additional warmth also comes from the underfloor heating. The house has a fully equipped kitchen area with an individually designed kitchenette and large dining table. Adjacent to the living and kitchen area is the cozy bedroom. Through the bedroom you enter directly into the bathroom with rain shower, towel heater and bidet. High ceilings, light-filled spaces, handmade terracotta tiles made from Andalusia and the use of natural materials, make this house an individual place and your vacation a very special experience!
