Spacious and open to nature, it invites relaxation with its covered terrace, large stone shelter, a tree-lined and flower-filled front garden, and a second garden at the back that opens onto the meadows and forest. The space The house is centered around a spacious, light-filled ground floor designed for shared moments. The open kitchen flows into a large, welcoming living room—ideal for cooking, chatting, or relaxing after a day of exploring. This level also includes a bathroom, separate toilet, and three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed (160 cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 cm) Large Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) + 3 single bunk beds (90 cm) This setup comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For larger groups, a second part of the house can be made available, offering two additional bedrooms, a shower room, and separate toilet: Bedroom 4: 3 single beds (90 cm) — 2 can be pushed together to make a double Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90 cm) Surrounded by meadows and forest, the house opens generously to nature. A direct path leads you into the heart of the woods for beautiful walks or mountain bike rides. Nature is all around—don’t be surprised to spot a deer, an owl, or a fox along the way. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as its spacious outdoor areas. At the front, a beautiful tree-lined garden stretches out in front of the large covered terrace—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, lunch in the shade, or dinner surrounded by nature. At the back, a wilder garden leads directly into the forest. A path invites you to stroll, explore, or simply pause among the trees. The large adjoining shelter provides a shaded area to play ping-pong, relax, or enjoy activities with family or friends. Other things to note A plancha is available for your outdoor cooking. Due to the immediate proximity of the forest, the use of barbecues and any other flammable devices is strictly prohibited. Please also make sure to extinguish cigarettes outside only, using the ashtrays provided. (The house is non-smoking indoors.) No Wi-Fi, to fully enjoy the peace and true disconnect... but the house still has good 4G coverage if needed. Bed linen and towels are optional and must be booked in advance (€15 per person). The upper floor is accessible for groups of more than 8 guests. Please note that the Airbnb price includes the tourist tax. Check-out is required before 11 a.m. to allow time to prepare for incoming guests.
