It`s also easy to reach the zoo and recreation areas like Rosental and Auenwald. The leipzig new fair is only 4 km away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 livingroom with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. Interior fittings: Showerbath, bedlinen, towels, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, waterheater, toaster, egg cooker, cable-tv, free WiF, hairdryer, washer and tumbler. A childs bed and seat is also available. No smoking apartment. Supermarket, restaurant and confectionery are reachable by walking in a few minutes. Tram, bus and train are 150-300 meters away. Guest access It is a separate, self-contained apartment in a beautiful Gründerzeit house. Other things to note The city of Leipzig charges an accommodation tax of 5% of the accommodation costs. As a host, I am obliged to collect the tax in cash and pay it to the city of Leipzig. Children and young people up to 18 years,as well as handiccaped people (GdB>80%) are exempt from tax.
