Prime waterfront, cosy, relaxing and fun house on a friendly island. Rooms for 14 People in 3 queen beds a queen sofa bed & 6 bunk beds. See dolphins swim by, kangaroos & koalas out front & soak in the view from the big entertaining balcony. Go fishing or tie your ski boat up on our private jetty with your own berth. The space Drive onto the 20 car chain ferry (can take caravans, boats and trucks) from Paynesville and head to your own private holiday home. Situated on a very secure and friendly island (6km x 2km). 2 cows live in the paddocks behind the house. Feed Kookaburras on the balcony. Many rare Australian birds live around this home. Access to the worlds 4th longest beach (30 mins by fast boat). Very busy family summer holiday destination. Eat by the lakes at your choice of waterfront cafes and restaurants. House includes a country kitchen, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, electric oven and stove, all cutlery and crockery, small coffee machine, dishwasher, very big stainless steel bbq, outside dining table for 12 people, bicycles and helmets for 8. 40 ft jetty berth out front included, downstairs bar including bar fridge, inside dining table upstairs for 10 (can squeeze more). Large flat screen tv and mini hifi upstairs, small flatscreen tv downstairs with xbox and games and 3 piece lounge suite. Laundry with washing machine. I will not be there, keys are kept in a key safe at front door. Peaceful, friendly, very very safe. the island has an abundance of Australian wildlife and is a Koala sanctuary. Walk, ride or drive to the ferry to take you back to the mainland. The jetty berth is shown in the main photo on this side of the bigger boat (on the right). Rates can be altered generously for off peak periods and or for longer stays. Take care driving at night as there are kangaroos around.
