The villa is 3 km away. from the port of Lavrio, which connects Sounio with the island of Kea, and 40 km. from the International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". The ancient Temple of Poseidon is 8 km away. and the sandy beach of Legrenon is 11 km away. away. Other things to note -Aircondition exists on the upper level of the villa, the lower levels are equipped with fans. -As of October 2018 Greek law requires that we register every guest with a passport number or an EU ID number. After this date, by making a booking in our property, you agree to share this information with us. It will only be used for the purpose of your stay’s registration according to Greek tax authorities. -By making a reservation to our villa you pay for 1 cleaning session and 1 change of linen and towels upon your arrival. If you wish to have extra housekeeping (cleaning or linen /towel change) , there is an extra charge that should be paid.
