The house is suitable to accommodate comfortably up to 6/8 people, having a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with single beds, a double sofa bed very comfortable to open and close and 2 bathrooms in total. The access to the property is through a gate that allows to park the cars in the space in front of the house. From the front of the house there is the access to the large living room with sofa bed, dining table and a Smart tv, to the fully equipped brand new kitchen, a functional inner court with washbasin and external shower with hot and cold water (very comfortable to cool off and rinse after having been to the beach) and a dependance with laundry area and a large bathroom. From the living room there is the access to the sleeping area where we find the double bedroom, the two twin bedrooms with single beds and a newly renovated bathroom. Again from the living room there is the access to the beautiful outdoor veranda, the ideal place to eat and to spend hours of pleasant relaxation, overlooking the wonderful and well-kept internal garden, the property's flagship flower. All rooms and interiors are air conditioned with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump or ceiling fans. Internet connection with unlimited Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays even with small children or elderly people. Villa Bianca is also dog friendly, there is a pet fee to be paid locally.
