Upstairs (7 steps from carport) is the main living area with 3 bedrooms, air conditioned living & dining room, kitchen and a very large bathroom including laundry. The space The perfect home for families or Work stays. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, dining & living with open galley kitchen and large bathroom/laundry. Downstairs: self contained suite, living & dining, it's own bedroom, kitchenette & bathroom. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes & transport are in walking distance. High speed unlimited WiFi installed. Professionally cleaned. The Workers Cottage has three queen size beds and one double bed. There are fans in every bedroom and the downstairs and upstairs living areas are air conditioned. There is a sofa bed for extra guests and linen is available on request. Upstairs is an open galley kitchen fully equipped if you feel like staying in and cooking. The kitchen looks out over the back garden and deck where you can enjoy a morning tea or coffee and appreciate the magnificent Leopard tree. The upstairs open plan main living and dining area is capable of accommodating eight guests. If you decide to stay in and cook there are games, cards and puzzles the whole Family can play and enjoy. The bathroom/laundry has a walk in shower and separate claw foot bath. Downstairs contains a separate living and small dining area with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Onsite undercover parking available for two cars. Please note: there are about 7 stairs from the car park to the upstairs section of the house. Guest access When booking you will have full access to the house including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas stove, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the laundry. Other things to note The Workers Cottage is set up for Business or Corporate travellers as well as Families. Please make sure you read and agree to all house rules before booking. ***The property is not suitable for parties, events or pets. The neighbours will call either me or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm.*** The Workers Cottage is strictly NO SMOKING. The property is checked and professionally cleaned after every booking to ensure it is ready for the next guest's arrival. If you accidentally pack an item from the house or leave something behind we will contact you. There are internal spiral stairs connecting the upstairs and downstairs areas. Surveillance or recording devices on property - A security camera has been installed and will record anyone accessing the house. There are no cameras inside the house.
