Our vacation home has a breathtaking view on the lake of lucerne. The space Historic 250 year old farmhouse with views over Lake Lucerne with spacious living areas and 5 comfortable bedrooms, extensively modernized in 2020. In total, our vacation home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests (ideal for 6-7 guests). The house is equipped with a large furnished terrace, two bathrooms (bathtub and shower), a laundry room incl. dryer, a fireplace, a smart TV and a modern kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher). In addition, you can save yourself the transport of drinks in our accommodation, because in Mittlerschwanden you enjoy purest mountain spring water. The nearest hiking trail as well as the station Mittlerschwanden of the Rigibahn are only 50 meters away, which makes various excursions possible. After every 125 meters of altitude difference, there is a station to continue or get off. -5min to the Vierwaldstättersee -25min to the top of the Rigi The house is perched above Vitznau, in a car-free cultural zone, the train runs about 1 time per hour to Rigi and Vitznau. Guest access The house, garden, terraces and the hottub is only for the guests. Other things to note !!!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING !!!!!!!!! - The house can only be reached by Rigi railway or on foot. Our guests receive discounted tickets for the railway (50%, approx. CHF 6 per adult, children up to 16 years and dogs free of charge). Cars can be parked directly next to the valley station in the Rigi Railway car park (CHF 12/day). - A somewhat steep footpath leads from Mittlerschwanden station to the house (approx. 150 metres). - The Mittlerschwanden region is located in a quiet zone. Parties and celebrations are not permitted. The night's rest must be strictly observed in the outdoor area (from 10pm). This means that you can stay outside but speak quietly. - The hot tub may not be used after 10pm.
