It is a stone's throw from Place de la Mairie and its famous market. The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed, two 1-seater sofa beds, a coffee table that turns into a high table for dining, a flat-screen TV with TV/Internet box 2 windows overlook Foch Street (pedestrian) and its beautiful shops (no restaurants or bars on the street) The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and everything you need to cook on a daily basis (salt, pepper, olive oil...) The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190). The skylight overlooks the rooftops. Plenty of storage and a nice bright office area complete the first floor. Possibility to add an umbrella bed upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, towel warmer, vanity unit with storage. The toilet is in the bathroom. Finally, a superb private panoramic terrace overlooking the Aixois rooftops for you to relax under the Provence sun. Guest access All the rooms in the apartment are accessible, you are at home.
