Guest access This penthouse is located in a well-maintained modern building straight on the Promenade des Anglais. An elevator will take you to the 7th floor , straight to your apartment. Enjoy a perfectly private setting from the top-floor penthouse. This home is fully yours for the duration of your stay. Sea front properties are rare on the rental market, and with the 180° panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea, guests will quickly understand what a treat they are! Parking: A private parking space is included with this apartment. Please note however that it is only suitable for cars under 4.8m long and 1.90m high. The access to the space is tight.
