The house is located in Pézenas, a lovely town in SW France with all amenities, a beautiful historic centre, artists, cafés and restaurants. It is surrounded by Languedoc vineyards and is within a half hour drive to the Mediterranean seaside. Hiking trails, cycling, markets, good weather and a relaxed pace of life make this a wonderful place to spend time. Easy access to historic sites and activities in Carcassone, Pont du Gard, Montpellier, and Narbonne. Perfect for a family or up to 5 guests. The space This is a charming example of a village house in the centre of Pézenas. The house is on a quiet street two blocks from the medieval centre of town. Parking is available nearby and you can easily walk to all shops. There are bedrooms on the two top floors. The master bedroom (160cm bed) on one floor has its own washroom/wc. On the next floor up there is a large bedroom including a sunroom above with two 140cm beds. On the same floor is a single bedroom (90 cm bed) and the second washroom/wc. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas - bright and comfortable. Secure bicycle storage space, tools and pump. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole house during their stay. Several bicycles, beach towels and beach umbrella are available. Other things to note As mentioned in the listing the house is tall and narrow so has lots of stairs as is typical of a village house. Guests should be comfortable climbing and decending stairs. The house is located on a quiet street and guests are asked to respect the neighbours by ensuring no noise after 22h and no parties.
