The space Located in a quiet and sunny residential area, Villa Le Badamier Blanc enjoys a convenient and pleasant setting, close to the beaches, the lagoon and the amenities of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. Spacious (180m2) and rated 5-star, the villa can accommodate up to 13 people. It has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with high-end bedding with mattress toppers and comfort foams. The ground floor bedroom, ideal for people wishing to avoid stairs, is furnished with a king-size bed 180x200. It opens directly onto the openwork terrace, just a few steps from the pool and the dining area under the pergola — a particularly pleasant access to enjoy the outdoors from the moment you wake up or at the very end of the day. Four other bedrooms, located upstairs, are equipped with 160x200 beds with high-end bedding. Two of them have direct access to a terrace with a clear view of the sea and mountains, perfect for a quiet moment, reading a good book in the tropical sun or simply relaxing before joining the group. On this floor, a landing space (clearance serving the bedrooms and the bathroom) accommodates a sofa bed (folding sofa) for 2 people. A convertible sofa, placed in one of the bedrooms, can also be moved to accommodate a thirteenth person (child or teenager). The living room and indoor kitchen are also air conditioned for optimal comfort. An en-suite indoor dining room allows you to take meals in the cool, or to settle in comfortably to work remotely. This space sufficiently isolated from outside noise remains pleasant even when life comes to life around the pool. In our home, even showers have a small taste of common sense: two large solar water heaters provide abundant hot water, without unpleasant surprises or bad conscience. The villa has two bathrooms: one upstairs with built-in WC, the other on the ground floor with independent WC. Outside, just off the pool, you'll also find a third toilet and a cold water shower, great for rinsing after sunbathing or swimming. For more freedom, check-in is self-contained thanks to a key box system, allowing you to choose your check-in time from 4 p.m. Comfort and amenities side: • High speed fiber optic connection with free wifi available throughout the house… and into the garden.
