Nestled in a quiet close you will find our beautiful traditional chalet of 170m² on 4 levels, completely renovated, for 10/12 people. It located 5 minutes' walk from Chamonix town centre and 500 meters from the Brévent gondola or the legendary l 'Aiguille du Midi to take a "step into the void". Here you will enjoy a large garden with a hot tub, a small mazot (independent small chalet) for your teenagers and a large sunny terrace facing the Mont Blanc. The space On the ground floor: Ultra-modern separate kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, cooker hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room & its historic fireplace create a warm living room which consists of a beautiful dining room and a lounge area (equipped with a multimedia tower and a TV, with a superb view of the Mont-Blanc. Access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and to the garden with an outdoor Jacuzzi for the enjoyment of young and old. A separate WC is located on this floor. On the 1st floor, three twin bedrooms (two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed) are available, each with a TV and an en-suite completely redone for luxury comfort. Two of these rooms have a balcony with a view of the Mont-Blanc. Located on the 2nd floor, the "dormitory" can accommodate 4 people on 2 single beds and 2 pull-out beds. It also has its private bathroom with a bathtub ideal for children. The basement is fully furnished for your comfort. Here you will benefit from a sauna, a TV room with games and a DVD player and movies, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a ski boot dryer. In the garden, there is an additional independent small chalet (mazot ). This is our 5th bedroom, together with a shower and a toilet. Located a few meters from the chalet, we provide 2 parking garages for standard height cars. If you need additional parking or a space for a taller car, please write to us, and we will do our best to help you. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. You are welcome to smoke in the garden.
