Romantic cottage in a quiet and green village for a memorable holiday The space The "Pomegranate house" has been recently renovated and is equipped with a private garage, a garden with lake view and deckchairs , a terrace overlooking the lake with table, chairs and sun-umbrella. The house consists of a living area with equipped kitchen and a relax area with armchairs and TV sat. At the first floor there is a bathroom with window ,WC, shower, bidet and a double bedroom with a window overlooking the lake. The bedroom is connecting with the attic where there is the possibility of a third and fourth bed. In garage, the washing machine is available to guests. Minimum stay 5 nights. Check in from 4 pm ; check out at 10 am The price includes: bed and bath linen, kitchen towels, final cleaning and WIFI Babycot and high chair: 5 euro pro day For long stay (more of 7 nights) bed and bath linien and weekly cleaning are offered by the owner. Heating on request (Market price per cubic meter ) Small dogs allowed by prior agreement with the owner. Cost of pet stay 5 euros per day. If additional cleaning is requested, supplement of 20 euros. Deposit € 100,00 Tourist tax € 2,50 per person per day . (Children up to 12 years of age exempt) Additional parking on request. Cost 7.50 euros per day.
