There is a wealth of excellent restaurants offering fish menus, pizzerias, fast food, and more. The coast is also suitable for walks or bike rides. It is only 4 km from the center of Umag. The space The air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor of a small villa with 6 apartments, about 400 m from the beach. The accommodation is furnished with care and love. It offers a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, linen is provided (weekly change). The bright living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, the small and practical equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer area, napa, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook in comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine, and two-bathroom towels per person provided (changed weekly). The dining area with tables, chairs, and a corner bench near the kitchen, free Wi-Fi internet connection, a shared garden barbecue, and private parking near the house. Guest access Guests have free access to the barbecue in the garden and parking. Other things to note * Pets are welcome with prior notice, Supplement 10 € per pet per day, to be paid on arrival. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (for example airport - accommodation, ...)
