A contemporary, craftsman built home in a magnificent location only just over a one minute walk to the beautiful sands of Callala Beach. Stunning architectural lines, quality construction and a delightful use of natural light are just a few of the many features here. The home has very appealing living areas with a large main kitchen/living area that overlooks a gorgeous deck/outdoor entertainment area, back yard and stunning pool. As a delightful bonus, there are 7 metre expandable doors that can open up to create one massive indoor/outdoor living space onto the deck/pool area that will make you feel like Kings and Queens. And if you're lucky you can watch as a family of pet kookaburras take a quick dip in the pool. There are also several other indoor and outdoor living areas/decks on both levels, so you can all escape to your own private spot, and return to the party in the main area when you are ready. There are four huge bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, (some are walk ins), for all your holiday gear. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two have ocean views as well. All four bedrooms are upstairs so you can escape from the main downstairs living area for peace and quiet. Bedding configuration: Room 1- King size bed with ensuite bathroom, two walk in wardrobes, outdoor deck with ocean views and a bunk bed for the kids. Sleeps two adults and two kids comfortably. Room 2- Queen bed and bunk bed. Also easily sleeps two adults and two kids. Room 3- Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, outdoor deck overlooking pool and walk in wardrobe. Sleeps two adults. Room 4- King bed and a trio bunk bed, ocean views and two built in wardrobes. Sleeps 5, 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids. Please note we can supply linen for an extra charge of $25 per person. The beds have doonas and pillows on them, so you will need to bring sheets, pillow cases and towels with you. Bathrooms are a delightful feature of this house. In other houses with large groups, it is often the lack of bathrooms that ruins the experience. However Beach King is unrivalled with a bathroom for every bedroom! Quality in the bathrooms is second to none with elegant tiling up to the ceilings and top quality fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is also a feature, again cleverly designed and fully equipped with brand new top shelf appliances, walk in pantry and stone Italia bench tops to satisfy even the most talented chef. With a massive 6 burner Smeg oven/cooktop, huge double door fridge and Sweedish dishwasher, you can cook up a storm, clean up and be on the beach in no time at all! The large back yard has plenty of room for the kids to play alongside the pool and also includes professionally built play equipment. The large 2 car garage has a variety of surfing equipment and beach toys which you are welcome to use. You couldn't ask for a better home to enjoy your special beach holiday. This very well presented home is of unquestionable quality and has the location to match. Beach King will cater for any family/friends combination you may need. Sleeps 12 people in total. We don't recommend adults sleep on the top bunks. Please note, we do charge extra for groups exceeding 8. The other house is 'Beach Oasis' at Culburra Beach which is also listed on Airbnb. It is also a contemporary craftsman built home which is similar in size, with its own private pool and only 2 minute walk to the beach. We have been holiday renting various beach properties for over 10 years now and we pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is the best it can possibly be. Other things to note LOCATION 158 King George's rd, Callala Beach. An easy drive of just over 2 hours down the coast from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra and only 15 minutes from Nowra. Easy access to shops and services. Jervis bay is renowned for its beaches, swimming, whale watching, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and boating (boat ramp close to beach house). NO PARTY GROUPS ALLOWED. Only mature groups or families please. THINGS TO DO These beautiful blue waters are home to many dolphins and the opportunity to sight these graceful locals is one of the major features that make this area a magnet for lovers of nature. Jervis bay is also known for whale watching, placed such that the migration, both north and south, can be observed as they pass by. The majority of whales sighted are the Humpback whales, which migrate along the east coast from June to November, however other species on occasions such as Southern Right Whales, False Killer Whales, Orcas, Minke Whales and on one occasion the Blue Whale are seen. The choice of water sports is wide and many people come to scuba dive, snorkel, fish and explore these famous waters. Coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. See kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats and many rare bird and animal species in the wild. Unspoiled coastal and country villages have local produce markets, boutique shops, art galleries and a terrific museum. The area boasts world-class cafes, restaurants, pubs & wine bars.
