The apartment is close to Campo Santo Stefano, one of the largest and most popular squares in Venice, with its bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. The Accademia Bridge, which connects the two banks of the Grand Canal, is a short walk from the apartment. We wish to remind you that - Dishes and glasses must be left clean - Rubbish must be disposed of. A folder with details about Venice’s rubbish collection system is in the apartment for your information. To best enjoy your stay in Venice we can provide the following services: - Rubbish collection and disposal at the local Ecocenter EUR 40,00 euro. - Clean-up of dishes, glasses, etc EUR 10,00. Check-in is from 3.00pm to 7.30pm Check-out by 11.00 am. Please let us know in case you arrive before 3.00 pm. We will do our best to help you and possibly let you store your luggage in the apartment before the usual check-in time. Upon guests’ request and staff availability, we can also organise arrivals outside of our working hours (after 7:300pm). Please note that for the late check-ins (after 7:30 pm) we apply an extra charge of 50,00 euros to be paid cash. Please, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience, about your arrival time in Venice. That will help us to plan your meeting with one of our hostesses who will check you into the apartment.
