Our flat is located in a nice 19th cent building with facade and stairway recently restored. Next to the: Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Jewish Ghetto etc. Third floor no lift The neighborhood is always pleasing, the atmosphere is welcoming, the small terrace overlooking the inner courtyard is perfect for outdoor breakfast or cocktails with candlelight. Ideal number of guests: 4. One more person can sleep on a single bed in the living. A baby cot is also available. The space A charming apartment with 100 square meters comprising a lounge with kitchen and dining area, a large double bedroom (two single beds that can be made up as one double if needed), next to a spacious bathroom with a big shower, another large room with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A quaint balcony overlooking the rooftops and the inner courtyard with a little coffee table sofa and armchairs to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, or a candlelight cocktail! The apartment does not face the street yet, it is right in the old town and it is very quiet. It is located on the third floor without elevator (60 steps), a beautiful house with façade and staircase restored recently. A few steps from the Pantheon (always one of the major tourist attractions of the city), but the building is in a secluded alley with no shops and restaurants therefore unusually quiet. Likewise close to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona, our guests quickly and easily reach on foot all the main places of historical/artistic interest. Free wifi internet allows you to work from home during the holiday and the TV has Netflix for adults and kids relax after an hard day of sightseeing! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment and to the relevant terrace except for a portion of a wardrobe in one of the two bedrooms where we keep some tools and materials for maintenance.
