The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Other things to note *This home is located in a high-end complex of only 3 apartments, both of our neighbours are local and permanent residents, please note we have zero tolerance when it comes to noise or gatherings. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
