The space This three-bedroom Junior Villa is finished to the highest standards and is only a short walk away from the beautiful Village Square and Golf Club. Furnished with excellent taste, this property is the ideal selection for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills. The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with contemporary style furniture including two-seat and three-seat sofas and a flat screen LCD TV for your entertainment and enjoyment. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the patio doors, which open out onto the pool area. The dining area has an elegant table with six chairs; there are French doors which open out to the veranda, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven/hob. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom; the room is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinet with matching lamps. The master bedroom is adjacent to the common bathroom, which features a bath with shower. Also situated on the first floor is a twin bedded room, featuring bedside cabinets with matching lamps and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. It can also be used as a guest WC. Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture, a free-standing barbeque, sun loungers and the central attraction; a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool* with ladder steps. The pool creates a welcoming sense of tranquility and complete relaxation, as you look across the awe-inspiring sloping greens of the Golf Course. The centre of the Resort, with its picturesque Village Square, shops, restaurants, Spa and other amenities is just a couple of minutes stroll. Rate notes Pre-pay & Save! Rates are quoted in Euro, per day, including all taxes & service charges. Payment policy Standard Rate If a reservation is made more than eight (8) weeks prior to the scheduled arrival, twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance will be taken four (4) weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than eight (8) weeks before the scheduled arrival, then full payment is required. Non-Refundable At the time of booking, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card and is non-refundable in case of any modification or cancellation. Cancellation policy Free cancellation is no longer available. Standard Rate A 25% deposit payable/due with the confirmation of the booking is non-refundable. For cancellations more than four (4) weeks prior to arrival: i) the deposit is redeemable for another stay completed within the next six (6) months. ii) loss of deposit in the case of complete cancellation and no redemption. For cancellations less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival, or for ‘no shows’, or for cancellations during the guests’ stay, the full amount will be payable/due.
