The space The apartment still retains the original character of historic Maltese homes and has two colourful windows overlooking the historic narrow street. The rooms have high ceilings with iron beams and the design of the apartment is simple and minimalist to accentuate the original Maltese tiles. Guest access The private 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and includes: • An open living/dining area with a kitchen. ◦ Kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob and an oven. ◦ Corner sofa that can be made into a double bed (140cm x 200cm). Note that maximum number of guests is 2, no extra guests are allowed. Please confirm the use of the sofa bed as a second bed as soon as you book. ◦ TV with Smart Features (Chromecast). • Bedroom: ◦ Large king size bed (160cm x 200cm). ◦ Compact en-suite bathroom with a small shower (80cm x 80cm). For heating and cooling, the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom. Standard Check In Time: ◦ 22nd September till 4th July: From 16:30 onwards. ◦ July 5th till 21st September: From 14:00 onwards. Other things to note • The Eco contribution of €0.50 per guest per night, is complimentarily covered by the host. • The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift. There are 20 steps to reach the 1st floor. There is also a small step to access the bathroom. • Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. • The apartment measures around 40 meters squared. • Use of air-conditioning (AC) is at no extra cost. Please note that temperature ranges are 16-21°C for heating and 24-30°C for cooling. We kindly ask our guests to switch off the AC units when out of the apartment and if opening doors and windows. • Camera surveillance is in operation in the common areas of the apartment building 24/7. • This apartment is fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority.
