The villa is just up of the charming fjord of Furore, less than 50 m distance of the beach. The villa is part of a charming historical property, right on the sea. During evenings you can even have the chance to see dolphins passing through the sea, and fishermen going out for fresh fishes and squids. The villa includes 2 houses, one is a 4 people apartment split on two floors, with 3 bedrooms an open kitchen, a spacious living room, two balconies, two bathrooms and a solarium as well as different outdoor spaces. The other one is a 2 people apartment with one double bedroom, bathroom with both shower and tube, living room and kitchen, patio, and it's own path to a hidden garden. Renting it you will have both units at your disposal. All the villa has a wonderful view on the sea, and a private parking, included in the rent. The houses are fully furnished, and will all comforts. The villa is close to some restaurant, bars, and the center of Amalfi (4km), Praiano (2km), Positano (12km), ideal for those who wants to visit the Amalfi coast, enjoy the sun and laying to the sun, having good food and doing outdoor activities, with no stress and no noise. It is also close to Marina di Praia, only 15 mins walking distance, where it is possible to rent boat, doing scuba diving or snorkeling, rent kayak, and close to lots of hiking paths. Guest access Guests have all the indoor and Outdoor spaces for themselves, no sharing. During fall and winter time some Outdoor spaces could be closed due to heavy Sea conditions or weather alerts.
