Large family home of 105 square meters located in a quiet residential area, close to leisure areas and away from mass tourism; it has three bedrooms: The master bedroom, the double room, due to its spaciousness, allows you to set up a crib for babies, at no additional cost, it also has a large built-in closet; this room has a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, in addition to two built-in closets, in one of them we have the washing machine. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a built-in closet. The two previous bedrooms have access to a glazed terrace facing east and are therefore very bright. From the beds themselves you can see the sunrise above the mountains of the Anaga massif, a protected natural area. In the third bedroom there is a single bed with a built-in closet. The last two rooms have a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is spacious and open to the living-dining room, with everything you need to cook comfortably for a family, or group of up to 6 people. It has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, water heater, coffee makers, etc. The living-dining room has a table equipped with six chairs for meals, a high chair for babies, a sofa and a TV with DVD, on which TV is the wifi internet router. The kitchen is separated from the living-dining room by an American bar equipped with four seats. The kitchen and living-dining room are also very bright, facing west and communicating with an unglazed terrace. There is a side table with three chairs to install on the terrace and contemplate beautiful sunsets. Guest access Guests can use the entire home that is made available to them, as well as the covered parking area; in this case they are provided with a remote control to enter said area and a card that must be in a visible area of the car, it is recommended on the dashboard.
