It is located on one of the most famous streets in the Imperial Forum area, it is within walking distance of the most important archaeological area, which includes the Palatine Hill, the Domus Aurea, the Roman Forum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Clemente, the Church of St. Peter and St. John. All windows are double-glazed for excellent sound insulation. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you about a day before your arrival to arrange a check-in time, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to make your Roman vacation unforgettable by providing all useful information about the city, stores, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, wine bars and groceries in the area. For any unforeseen issues or clarifications, we can be reached by phone (Whats_App) or e-mail. At check-in it will be necessary to register each guest's data as required by Italian law, so you will be asked to show a valid document. The switching on and off of air conditioning and heating are subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C (with -2°C tolerance) for all building types. In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C (with +2°C tolerance).
