Villa Le Querciolaie is an old 10-hectare estate situated on the outskirts of Monteverdi Marittimo whose owner Rolando Stefanacci, internationally renowned sculptor, lives in the 16th century Florentine style villa. The property is surrounded by the generous nature of the inland hills as far as the Etruscan Coast and the crystalline blue Tuscan sea. The sculptor restored some stone rural buildings and decorated them with lots of sculptures in travertine, pietra serena and bronze. Distances: 15 km from Castagneto Carducci (riding school), 20 km from Donoratico (beaches and tennis), 42 km from Massa Marittima, 50 km from Volterra, 55 km from Punta Ala (well-known port and golf club). The villa is located in a quiet location and enjoys a magnificent panoramic view. In the park facing the villa, sculptor Rolando Stefanacci restored some rural buildings and refined and characterized them with works in travertine stone and bronze, his favorite materials.
