Accommodating 20 people + 1 extra bed, it consists of three separate cottages, a large games room and a huge private and secure swimming pool, offering you an ideal setting for stays in groups, with family or friends. It's the perfect place for a stay combining nature, comfort and serenity. The space The hamlet of Périgord, located in the heart of a wooded estate of 21 hectares, classified 4 stars, is a real haven of peace. This carefully renovated old 18th century farmhouse consists of three gites, a games room with its terrace and a large swimming pool, it can accommodate up to 21 people, offering you the perfect setting for group stays combining charm and authenticity with all the modern comforts. No surprises: bed sheets, towels and all charges are included. For your comfort, you'll also find plenty of amenities, such as an XXL fire pit grill, full kitchenware, a ping pong table, two foosball, as well as a football field, volleyball/ badminton and other games to enhance your relaxing moments. The hamlet also benefits from fast and reliable internet connection thanks to fiber, and a type 2 electric car charging station at no additional cost. The layout of the estate is designed to guarantee everyone their privacy while promoting the pleasure of sharing moments together. To fully enjoy your stay, several services on request are available, such as: home chef, massages, yoga classes, babysitting, private wine tasting. For all vacationers: Pool: 15x10m, surrounded by a terrace with pergola and secure gate. Game room: 70 sqm with two foosball, a ping pong table, ideal for organizing evenings. Terrace: Large wooden table that can accommodate all vacationers and a bazero xxl for friendly meals. The cottages (340m² of total surface): Red cottage: 160 sqm, 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 2 toilets, capacity for 10 people. Large equipped kitchen and dining room to accommodate all the people present on site. Green cottage: 120 m², equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, capacity for 8/9 people. Blue cottage: 60 sqm, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet, capacity for 2 people. In details: Red cottage: Independent house of 160 m² for 10 people, composed of 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites). The gite has a living room equipped with a 50 inch flat screen, smart TV with DVD player, and a large dining room that can accommodate all the hosts present on the site. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, including a dishwasher, a Smeg XXL stove, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, etc. This cottage also includes 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Green cottage: Independent house on two levels, with an area of 120 m² that can accommodate 8/9 people. On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom with two double beds as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The American kitchen with dining area and lounge (flat screen and DVD player) opens onto an enclosed private garden. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one toilet and one bathroom. Blue cottage: Independent charming house of 60 m², ideal for 2 people. The American kitchen opens onto the living/dining room equipped with a flat screen and DVD player, as well as an independent bedroom, toilet and bathroom. All our cottages have been renovated and equipped to ensure optimal comfort in an unspoiled setting. Bedding includes ORGANIC certified memory mattresses, and double beds are 160 x 200 cm. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own pool towels. Beds and child seats can be made available on request. The hamlet is surrounded by many walking trails, ideal for walking, horseback riding or cycling. It offers a 360° panorama, without vis-à-vis or disturbances. The maximum number of people is 18 to 19 people. If this number is exceeded without informing us in advance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately. We remain at your disposal for any request or question. Other things to note The hamlet is secluded, with no close neighbors, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete freedom, without worrying about disturbing anyone. We never rent the hamlet to several groups of different tenants; it is exclusively shared with family or friends. If the hamlet is not available for the dates you want, we also have another rental: a cottage with pool, 'Le Pigeonnier', located in Douville, just 15 minutes away, which can accommodate up to 16 people in its 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Dogs are welcome: €25/stay/dog entirely donated to the abandoned animal shelter: the SPA of Périgueux.
