Where the farmland meets the sea... From the moment you open the farm gates at the front, you will feel like you are on a country retreat. Enjoy a coffee in the morning on the front deck, and a glass of bubbly in the afternoon on the back deck. If you listen carefully you can hear the cows and kookaburras nearby. The back deck overlooks a park, so kick back as you watch the little ones play on the playground and dogs run around. The space The property is fully enclosed, pet friendly to small dogs only, no puppies (by application – conditions apply), and the carport is large enough to park your jetski or boat. Free wifi is available, and there is a coffee machine for your use, which just needs nespresso compatible pods. A bbq is set up on the front deck for your enjoyment. Please clean after use. On the ground floor is a bathroom with a spa bath, a laundry and washing machine and two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed, the other a double bed, and a sitting room. Upstairs is a 2nd bathroom, two more bedrooms (one comprising 2 single beds, the other a queen and single bed), the kitchen and living room area. There is heating and cooling in the form of a split system on both levels, as well as an open fire upstairs for those cold winter nights. Firewood is not supplied but can be purchased from the service station in Cowes, or the local hardware store. Outside the back door you will find a box of ball games, perfect for cricket or frisbee. Inside there are board games and jigsaw puzzles to enjoy. The property is located close the Grand Prix track, Smiths Beach, and just a few kilometres into the centre of Cowes. This is a great property and is perfect for those larger families or for 2 families to stay together. All beds supplied with linen and bath towels. All beds have electric blankets You are required to supply your own beach towels PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. There is a security camera at both the front and back doors, which are turned off when you arrive. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Check in with a pin code for key box access. Host is off site but contactable by email/phone at any time. Pin emailed to guests through Airbnb the day of check in.
