On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room with exposed beams, a fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and a Bose speaker. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, blender, etc.) makes family meals easy and enjoyable around the 8-seater dining table. The house includes two en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and private bathrooms, one of which opens directly onto the terrace and pool. The children’s room has two single beds and its own bathroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a quiet workspace and an exercise bike — ideal for remote work or fitness. The playroom includes a TV, books, board games, table football, and traditional Vendéen games for fun family moments. Outside, relax by the heated swimming pool, secured with an electric cover, open from May 15th to September 30th (depending on weather conditions). Please note: children must always be supervised around the pool. The terrace features a Weber gas barbecue, outdoor shower, dining table for 8, sun loungers, and a shade awning — perfect for sunny days. The garden includes a ping-pong table, swing, outdoor games and large green areas where children can play safely. Located in a peaceful and typical Vendée village, the house offers the ideal setting for families to relax, reconnect and enjoy nature — while staying close to beaches and popular attractions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas: all rooms, the heated and secured pool (open from May 15th to September 30th, depending on weather), the terrace, garden, playroom, foosball table, ping-pong table, swing, and BBQ. The pool technical room and a small private storage area are locked and reserved for the owners. Free and easy parking is available in front of the house. Self check-in is available via a secure key box. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
