A gem within the ring road of the city. We are happy to provide the opportunity for a quiet and private accommodation on the Amsterdam water. The apartment has its own front door with a small terrace and direct access to the water. Distributed on two floors, connected with an open staircase. Downstairs is the living area with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an espresso machine. Upstairs a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and space for a cot. Windows all around, lots of light. Downstairs through the patio doors overlooking and direct access to the swimming water! It is possible to moor a boat up to 10 meters at the apartment. The apartment has access to wireless internet and cable television
