The outdoor area has well-maintained gardens, a cosy barbecue area and many sun loungers to relax by the pool or anywhere else in the garden area. Upon entering the house, the living room is beautifully presented with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the left hand side there is access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right hand side will take you to the ground floor, where all the spacious rooms are located. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 modern marble bathrooms. The magnificent master bedroom has a double bed and Tv and gives you direct access to the terrace for morning tea. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, double vanity, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms have access to the outdoor terrace adjacent to the pool area. From the ground floor terrace, go directly to the well-kept garden, which is divided into several different and cosy levels. You can enjoy the last evenings under the covered dining area while preparing the meal on the barbecue. Further down is a large swimming pool. Overall: a fantastic house for your holidays with your family and/or friends. This villa is located just 35 minutes from Malaga airport and approximately 8 km from the old town of Marbella. Puerto Banus is a 12 minute drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Prices are based on 10 people. Heated pool: additional cost of 200 € / week in cash on arrival. Cot and highchair: We are pleased to organise a cot and highchair for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For 2 weeks, 50 euros, including sheets. Please ask at the office.
