Would you like to stay in the historic center and inmidst of the nature at the same time? Welcome to this special 60 sqare meters apartment situated in the perfect spot. The space Right in the historic center and inmidst of the nature at the same time. The apartment is situated in the perfect spot between University Square and Castle. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with cable-tv, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. In the attic you will find a second queen size bed and a small separate room with two small single beds. On that level there is also a bathroom with shower and a WC. The apartment comes with a spacious private terrace with a beautiful view over the Altstadt. Other amenities - all free of charge of course - are Wifi, a set of linen and towels and parking in our own garage..... The house is situated on a hillside, so you have to climb a relatively long flight of stairs from the underground parking garage, which is built into the hillside, to reach the house. It's roughly equivalent to living on the third or fourth floor, depending on which apartment you're in. However, if you brought it along you can leave your car in the garage for the entire duration of your stay. Because if you walk down the street to the left, you'll reach University Square, and thus the heart of the old town, in just five minutes. Or you turn right - 5 minutes to the castle..... Guest access the apatment is all yours Other things to note Since October 1, 2025, the city of Heidelberg has levied a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night; children up to 16 years of age are exempt. The tax is paid on site and forwarded to the city of Heidelberg by the landlords. It applies to a maximum of five consecutive nights per stay, for both private and business trips.
