Earlshall House is a large Victorian house with FOUR en-suite bedrooms and is located just a few minutes stroll from Fistral Beach and the surrounding beaches in Newquay. Location could not be better everything in walking distance so need to drive. It offers spacious and modern accommodation for up to eight people over two floors. all four bedrooms, one on the ground floor, are en-suite bathrooms, plus parking for several cars — TV in bedrooms, Wifi. Hallway to store surfboards The space On arrival you can park on the driveway, as this is for your use only. On entry to the house you walk into a floored hallway and a guest WC The lounge is separate to the dining room and kitchen, which has leather sofas, TV and WIFI The Dining room is separate and has a large oak dining table and chairs, the kitchen has fridge, freezer and WM and all the utensils you will need. on the ground floor you will also find a double ensuite bedroom. Outside for your convenience there is a washing line and an outside shower for yourself and your wetsuits. Upstairs there are two double rooms both ensuite and one is a kingsize. also a twin room with a pullout bed if required. Guest access In Newquay you will find is not always necessary for a car. walking distance to the town where you will find a railway station and a bus station. Centrally located in Cornwall, we are less than 3 miles from the A30. Newquay railway station is only a mile away and we are 15 miles from Truro railway station, which is on the famous and beautiful south west line direct from London Paddington. There is a great airport at Newquay which receives daily flights from Gatwick. Manchester, Liverpool.
