Charming Pavot at Laugerie Basse Gites

Pavot is one of 4 gites in a barn conversion situated on the upper level at Laugerie Basse Gites. It has a contemporary feel whilst retaining its rustic charm, offering comfort for a relaxing holiday. The gite looks out to beautiful gardens and is set amongst 4 acres of well tended grounds with a south facing shared heated swimming pool (May/June/September) and spacious sun bathing area. We offer sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs, ping pong, badminton and a BBQ area with 2 BBQ's The space message me on Arbnb I will respond as soon as possible for general queries , everything is in the welcome book in the gite but i am always happy to assist if you wish. I respect privacy and like my guests to respect my private time also. Guest access All the space here is for your use. Behind the main house is my private space so no access there and the bamboo area is cordoned off with a fence for no access. There is a lot of space to enjoy here. Other things to note The pool is a shared communal pool for guests staying here only with large grounds to enjoy for all. The gites and house are on a D road so we do get traffic passing which can make some noise, farmers tractors and cars mainly. There is a single click clack sofa bed in the front room for additional sleeping arrangements
