La Brigantine is a 60 m² flat that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, fitted out with a living room with lounge area, equipped kitchen, dining table, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom and toilet. The space The apartment: - Entrance with large dressing room A descending staircase leads to the living room, fitted out with : - A large fitted kitchen : dishwasher, oven, 4 burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, various dishes... - A lounge area : TV with tnt, books for children, novels, board games (scrabble, yams, card games) - Closed terrace facing south with extension table and clothesline Night space : - Bedroom 1: facing south, it has a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a wardrobe with closet. Access to the closed terrace. - Bedroom 2: Sofa convertible into a double bed 140 x 190 cm with a real mattress of 20 cm thickness. Mezzanine bed with two children's beds, accessible by a telescopic ladder (2 real mattresses 1.50 m x 1 m, installed foot to foot) - Bathroom with a window fitted out with bathtub, washing machine, cupboards - Separate WC Outside : - Shared outdoor pool 15 m x 7 m, depth 135 - 250 cm and paddling pool.
