It features a bunk bed in the living area for 2 people and a double bed in the bedroom, along with a bathroom and a recently renovated kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking during your stay (pots, dishes, and kitchen essentials). The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a lovely lake-view balcony. We provide soap, shampoo, and all essential bathroom and bedroom amenities, including a washing machine for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian moka for espresso, and a French press. You’ll also find a small collection of books in English, German, and Italian. Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment faces west and remains shaded for most of the day. The bedroom has a large ceiling fan, and an additional portable fan is available in the closet. Guests have access to a private garden shared within the apartment complex. The bunk beds in the living room are 195 cm long.
