Beautiful house with terrace and view

At 300ft from Saint Oronzo Square, the castle, resturants and museums, there is a big apartment at the first floor of a historic building consisting of a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies and a wonderful panoramic terrace. It's finaly furnished, suitable for couples possibly with a child up to 1 year old, who love to stay in the historic center and have everything within walking distance, without giving up their privacy. The apartment is located in a small courtyard and has been recently renovated. It's a whole house from ground to sky. On the top floor also a fantastic panoramic terrace where you can sunbathe in the morning and relax in the evening. Inside you will find everything we thought you might need. Breakfast set, milk, water, coffee, tea and biscuits included. The house Is located inside the LIMITED TRAFFIC zone. It is possible to access by car at the times allowed and park next to the house. You can also park in The paid parking lots which are 50 meters away. Free parking spaces can be found within 500 meters. Rates vary from € 1.30 to € 0.60 per hour in the morning and in the afternoon. The bedrooms have no door to respect the style of the house. Other things to note The house has some simple rules that we ask our guests to respect: 1) Smoking is not permitted 2) We love animals, but unfortunately their access is not allowed, even if small 3) The apartment is not suitable for children. Perfect for a couple with One ore two adult child/children or two couples of friends 4) Special care is required of the environments and all that we will find there 5) It is not allowed to organize parties or to access people other than those declared 6) The house has two double beds.
