INSIDE ************************************************************ On two levels, the villa offers a refined decoration with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. Very bright and functional, the villa has a large living room and dining room, that extend into a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, induction hobs and gas cooker, toaster, kettle...) with ocean view. On the ground floor, there is also toilets and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will appreciate the spacious living room with TV, free internet access (WIFI), and a direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with toilets. The golf of Colorado and the park of Colorado are 7 minutes away by car. It takes about 35 minutes to get from the villa to the lagoon to dive with multicolored fishes. Saint-Denis is 10 minutes away and the airport is 30 minutes away. For your stay in Reunion Island or to see the Grand Raid race, you will enjoy this recent house in a relaxing setting. HOUSE RULES ************************************************************ Events and parties are strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. Pets are not allowed. BOOKING CONDITIONS ************************************************************ 5 nights minimum stay. For long stay (more than 1 month), a discount is possible. Security deposit: 1000 € A rental lease agreement will document all these information. Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM. Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM. Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.
