Villa Bruder Siófok

In Siófok, in the upper part of Balatonszéplak, Villa Bruder with a pool awaits its guests a 15-minute walk from Lake Balaton. Our holiday home with a pool is located in the suburban part of Siófok, in a quiet little cul-de-sac. It can be booked for 2 - 8 people (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms). It is recommended primarily for families and groups of friends who want to relax. (Not a party accommodation!) Dog-friendly accommodation (5 euros/day/dog). Tourist tax/kurtaxa is payable on site. Price is 1.7 euros per person per night (not applicable to children). The space One of the main virtues of our holiday home is that a large family and group of friends can accommodate a place for everyone to retreat and relax. - ground floor: hallway, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, living room, bedroom, bathroom (with bath) - mezzanine: corridor, bedroom, bathroom (with bathtub) - floor: living room, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) - 2 terraces - closed parking is available in the courtyard - huge well-kept garden (swing bed, grill, children's corner: jumping, sandbox, mini slide, playhouse) - pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.5m), deckchairs, umbrellas - free wifi use, Netflix access - free paddle boat use at the nearby beach (for 1 hour per day) - bikes Air conditioning and washing machine are available for a fee. Guest access The whole house and garden are used only by our guests.
