La Chouette, an atypical gîte

The "La Chouette" vacation rental is ideally located between Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, must-see places in the Brittany region. Within 25 km, find Dol de Bretagne, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan or Pontorson. This house was renovated a few years ago in an original & modern style. Combination of old (wooden beams) and contemporary materials: waxed concrete and cement tiles bring a unity that gives it its character. The space The house can accommodate up to 4 people & is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends, on weekdays and weekends. The "day" space is composed as follows: - a kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a fridge, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes... - a dining room with a table for 6 to 8 people - a large living room with fireplace - a small pantry with sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron (Others: Vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, mop). - Toilet The "night" area, located upstairs, consists of 2 bedrooms and a toilet: - A bedroom with a "round" bed for 2 people (diameter 200), with a private bathroom with large bathtub. - A bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (160 cm x 200 cm), also with a private bathroom with shower. Guest access Enjoy the 200 m2 garden and sunbathe on the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture and two deckchairs with umbrella, as well as a barbecue are at your disposal. For animal lovers: A small barnyard is a few meters from the vacation rental. A playground adjoins the latter (Pétanque court, Sandbox & Swing will delight young and old alike). Bikes are available during your stay (free service).
