La Chouette, an atypical gîte

The “La Chouette” cottage is a holiday home ideally located between Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, must-see destinations in the Brittany region. Within a 25 km radius, you will find Dol-de-Bretagne, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinard, and Dinan. This house has been renovated in an original & contemporary style. The combination of old elements (wooden beams) and contemporary materials (polished concrete) creates a unity that gives it its character. People with reduced mobility: not suitable due to stairs for access and bedrooms upstairs. The space The house can accommodate up to 4 people & is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends, on weekdays and weekends. The "day" space is composed as follows: - a kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a fridge, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes... - a dining room with a table for 6 to 8 people - a large living room with fireplace - a small pantry with sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron (Others: Vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, mop). - Toilet The "night" area, located upstairs, consists of 2 bedrooms and a toilet: - A bedroom with a "round" bed for 2 people (diameter 200), with a private bathroom with large bathtub. - A bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (160 cm x 200 cm), also with a private bathroom with shower. Guest access Enjoy the 200 m2 garden and sunbathe on the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture and two deckchairs with umbrella, as well as a barbecue are at your disposal. For animal lovers: A small barnyard is a few meters from the vacation rental. A playground adjoins the latter (Pétanque court, Sandbox & Swing will delight young and old alike). Bikes are available during your stay (free service). Small bonus: enjoy farm products on site (fresh eggs and milk available at the farm) In short, the pluses of this cottage: Its location, fully equipped house, private garden, south-facing terrace, free private parking, all charges included (the hot water and heating network comes from a renewable energy network). An electric car charging point is available at the owner's home (charging at 3.7 kW/h). Rate of 30 c/kW.
