A Casa di Attila is a welcoming and well-positioned apartment, located just 500 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Desenzano del Garda. Located on the first floor of an elegant residence, the apartment is characterised by an imposing entrance with marble floors in beige shades, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests. The apartment offers a spacious terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun or having breakfast outdoors. Inside, the classic and functional furnishings have been designed to offer maximum comfort. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave and crockery, allowing guests to easily prepare their meals. Check-in is scheduled from 3:00 Pm to 7:00 Pm, with a supplement of 50 E for arrivals after 7:00 Pm and until 11:30 Pm. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 150 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In the event of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damage.
