Beach House in Soltroia Mar

T3 semi-detached villa in Soltroia Mar, fully renovated and decorated in July 2018. All furniture, appliances, and equipment are all new. The condominium has a swimming pool for adults and children, visible from the house. Soltroia Mar is located in a privileged area, with direct access to the Atlantic beach. From home, we are a short walk to the beach, or a 1-minute drive away. The space On the ground floor there is a small private garden as well as the living room, kitchen and social toilet. The room is quite bright and overlooks the garden. The kitchen is quite spacious and has pool view and Sado river estuary. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite, on the 1st floor, overlooks the front of the house and its garden and the 2 other rooms overlook the swimming pool and estuary of the Sado River. The suite has a double bed as well as a closet and TV. The 2 rooms have bunk beds, one of which is ideal for smaller children and the other for young people. The kitchen is complete and has the following appliances: - maq. Dishwashing - maq. Laundry - microwave - maq. Coffee - fridge - ceramic hob - oven - exhaust fan If you are interested, we can provide beach towels, and this service has an additional charge. Guest access Guests will have full access to the ground floor, first floor of the house, garden and swimming pool of the condominium. On the lower floor is located a garage and there are storage that will be closed. Other things to note For logistical reasons, in the summer months we privilege the entrances and exits on Saturdays.
