Pet friendly for responsible clean toilet trained animal owners only.. Walk your kayak across road to beach or put your boat in off your trailer..walk to shops river restaurants..and few min drive to beaches.. The space Very spacious home with open plan large living room into dining room and the large kitchen with appliances. Large fridge, electric grill, fan forced double oven, dishwasher and BBQ. Tasteful furniture, back sun room entry, secure house, large sunny fenced back yard with outside eating area, front veranda with outside eating and bbq area. 3 bedrooms: main room with new king bed (incl. phone, DVD and TV), 2nd with double, and third with queen and a single for kids with separate TV and DVD. Separate outdoor laundry room with washer/dryer with its own entry to fenced back yard. Guest access Back deck with outdoor dining table or sit on the front deck with dining and bbq. This house is fully equipped with good kitchen items. Front balcony with river views and views of bowlers in the distance at the bowling club. This club closes down at 10pm and and has good food. You can also walk to the RSL or down the river to the jetty pub and cafes.Broadband access available. Please note garage not available unless for long term rental. Other things to note hello please bring linen for the queen double and single if you will be using them..the king is supplied! This house is pet friendly upon approval...only for toilet trained well behaved..dogs not to be left alone at property in house or back yard to bark.
